Tom Van Deman's bread made with Sorghum Flour


This is a new Gluten Free Bread I made today from Tom Van Deman's recipe. What huge a difference. I can't wait to try it again. The small piece of bread next to the loaf is what I buy at the store for $4.99 when I don't have time to make Kevin's bread. Can I say it again what a difference.
